Changing police training

This article reviews a number of ideas and suggestions for improving policing in the aftermath of events in Ferguson, Cleveland, and New York, with a focus on changing the emphasis of police training from preparing warriors to preparing guardians.

    i dont know if i like that idea maybe if they learn to do both it would be more feasable. i mean what if we have a terriost attack in the U.S. with people killing People I want to know I am going to have protection and help fighting a war in the states. Ferguson was ashame for everyone the police should not have to deal with such childness from adults.
