Diversity challenge in NJ

This article reviews the status of diversity hiring in several New Jersey police departments. It reports more success in hiring of Hispanic officers than African American officers. The state’s population has gone from 21% racial/ethnic minority in 1990 to 41% in 2010.

    I wonder what percentage of the NJ police forces were Jewish? I recall an article either on this website or another website called Improving the police where one NJ police chief asks a bunch of Asian American students how many of them wanted to join the police, and they said no way.
