Police workload at Walmart

This article provides an analysis of the demand for police service generated by Walmart stores in the Tampa, Florida area.     I doubt Wal-Mart pay a lot of taxes. As a matter of fact, Walmart is more like a welfare queen because it pays its employees so poorly that Walmart helps their employees apply for government assistance which saves them even more money.
